We do not analyze, mine, or use Customer Data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

Customer Data is subject to your own privacy obligations to your end users. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authority to store and process the data you submit to Mnemonic.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: We share information with vendors who help us provide the Service — cloud infrastructure (Render, Neon), payment processing (Stripe), and email delivery. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority. Where permitted by law, we will notify you before disclosing.
